Jignesh Patel, PA-C

Jignesh Patel, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant, who joined Middletown Family Care in October 2022. Jignesh has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology as well as a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Mercy College where he graduated in 2011. He brings a wide range of knowledge and skills in treating everything from acute illnesses to routine ailments such as asthma, diabetes, and hypertension.
