Dr. Priya Dixit-Patel completed her residency at Somerset Family Practice in 2002 in Somerville, NJ.  She served as Chief Resident her final year and was awarded the New Jersey Academy of Family Practice Resident of the Year.  She did additional training in women’s health issues at Newark Beth Israel Hospital.  Dr. Dixit-Patel became a board-certified family physician in 2002.

Along with primary care, her areas of interest include preventive medicine, gynecology and adolescent issues.  She currently resides in Dover with her husband and two children.
